Serge Lafrance is a Senior Consultant in Business Growth, Market Intelligence and Executive Education. He has 35 years of experience

Serge carries out projects in Canada and internationally. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to visit, work on assignments, and give lectures in some 70 countries.

Among his notable achievements, he served (2022-2024) on the Board of Directors of Unicon (Consortium for University-based Executive Education) which brings together the world's leading universities offering executive training, including Harvard, Stanford and MIT. He was also previously Canada's representative to the Gallup International Association (GIA) while working in market intelligence industry.

Serge undertakes consulting assignments in various sectors for high-potential companies, particularly in executive education. He is currently developing, with partners, a unique project in this industry that combines executive and leadership training with an experiential approach on an international scale.

He is involved in projects that are close to his heart, including mentoring entrepreneurs, and commercial & solidarity projects in West Africa.
